We offer dedicated follow-up services for a wide range of business-related registrations and legal documentation, including Proprietorship, Company Incorporation, Trust, Society, and GeM registrations. Our team coordinates with the respective government departments to assist with MSME/Udyog Aadhaar registration, trade and labour licenses, partnership deeds, digital signatures, and e-procurement procedures. Please note, we do not create these documents—we only facilitate and track their processing.

Our expertise also includes following up on building plan approvals, layout plan sanctions, and land conversion processes for agricultural, residential, commercial, and industrial purposes. We handle changes in land use classification by working with the concerned authorities, ensuring smooth progress through official channels.

Additionally, we assist in obtaining critical land and court-related documents such as PODI, DORASTHU, PADA (1-5) & (5-10), and grant records. We also support clients by tracking the progress of land acquisition cases, revenue documents from sub-registrar offices, and all types of court filings and legal proceedings. All our services are limited to coordination and follow-up; we do not issue or create documents ourselves.

We specialize in providing follow-up and coordination services for various government-related property and legal documents across departments like BBMP, BDA, DC Office, Tahsildar, and AC Office. Our services include following-up, tracking and assisting with E-Khatha, Khatha transfers, building plan approvals, tax paid receipts, land conversions, and endorsements from authorities like KPTCL, BMRDA, BMRCL, and more.

We also support clients by liaising with departments such as the Grama Panchayat, Sub-Registrar Office, and Survey Offices for essential documents like Mutation Register, Sale Deeds, Encumbrance Certificates, RTC, PT Sheets, and land records. For land disputes or clarifications, we assist in follow-ups at courts like DDLR, AC, Tahsildar, and SSLR, and help obtain NOCs, survey maps, and field measurement books.

Please note, we do not generate or issue any documents ourselves. Our role is strictly limited to following up with the respective government departments and legal authorities to streamline the process, saving you time and effort.

Personal Records

We offer follow-up services for a range of personal records including Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, PAN Card, and Birth & Death Certificates. Our team assists in coordinating with the respective departments to track application status, resolve delays, or manage corrections as needed.

Additionally, we provide support in following up for Family Tree documentation, Ration Card applications, and E-mail ID related updates. We ensure that your requests are properly followed through by the concerned authorities.
